5. Instructions:
(1) Mesh: 150-350 polyester mesh
(2) Squeegee: Polyurethane squeegee at the hardness 65-85 is recomm
ended. (3) Indicative dosage: 30 ㎡/㎏ on the 200 mesh
(4) Drying: natural drying (surface drying in 7-15 mins, full drying in more than
24 hours) or blow drying at temperature below 100℃.
(5) Selective Solvents: quick drying water 719, medium drying water 718
or cyclohexanone based on printing conditions.
(6) Stencil cleaning: organic solvent (e.g. stencil cleaning water)
6. Notes:
(1) Please pay attention to the solvent′s dissolving capacity while diluting the
ink.
(2) It will cause pattern scratch by the stack of finished press works on PVC
film due to the PVC′s poor solvent resistance. So pay attention to the drying
status of ink when finish work and avoid excessive overlap.
(3) Color migration will occur while printing on PVC film containing a lot of
plasticizers. The printing ink with good anti-permeability is recommended.
(4) The rigorous sample test before use is necessary to check the printing
ink′s adhesion on different waterproof nylon fabrics.
(5) The catalyst 9004 should be added appropriately (by 5-8%) into the ink to
improve adhesion when printing on waterproof nylon fabric. But the printing ink
with added catalyst must be finished within 8 hours, or will be scrapped.
7. Storage:
It can be stored for 36 months at 5-35℃. Keep away from strong light. Avoid
strong acid and strong alkali.
