WG-TH water-based heat transfer ink
1、Physical Index:
(1) Appearance: the varnish is milky transparent form, and is transparent film form after drying. The white is milky paste form and a variety of color is available.
(2) PH Value: 7.5-9
2、Component:
Water-based polycarbonate, water-based PU resin, pigment and auxiliary agent.
3、Product properties:
(1) Strong wash resistance, dry and wet rubbing resistance.
(2) Applicable to all kinds of highly stretchy fabrics.
(3) Soft hand feeling, no clogging on mesh, easy to operate, resilient.
4、Notes:
(1) 120-180 mesh is recommended.
(2) Spray hot melt powder and print hot melt glue after printing.
(3)Bake the finished product in oven at 80℃ or natural drying.
(4) Heat treatment: 140-150℃,pressing 10-17 seconds.
(5)It is recommended to add our matching hardener by 2-3% to increase product property.
(6) The unfinished ink should be sealed timely.
(7) A rigorous sample test before use is necessary.

6、Storage:
It can be stored for 12 months at 5-35℃. Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
