PPD—Screen Printing Ink for PP&PE substrates
1. Substrates:
Treated and untreated PP, PE and similar materials.
2. Applicable products:
Daily necessities made of PP or PE, stationery, fitness equipment, packing bottles(shampoo, cosmetics, etc.), garbage can, storage battery, Syringe, etc.
3.Product features:
Smooth, glossy, good adhesion on PP, PE substrates, high wear resistance, ethanol resistant, good printability. Feathering will not occur if used for pad printing.

6. Instructions:
(1) Mesh: 150-420(60-170T) polyester mesh
(2) Squeegee: Polyurethane squeegee at the hardness 65-85 is recommended.
(3) Indicative dosage: 30㎡/㎏ on the 300(120T) mesh
(4) Drying: natural drying (surface drying in 20 minutes, full drying in more than 24 hours) or bake temperature at 60-80℃ for 20-30 minutes.
(5) Selective Solvents: fast drying agent 719, medium drying agent 718 or slow drying agent 783 etc.
(6) Stencil cleaning: organic solvent (e.g. 007 mesh washing agent)
7. Notes:
(1) For the small surface tension substrates, need to be treated first by PP treatment water or flame treatment to improve the adhesion. (The standing time can not be too long after treatment before printing)
(2) PPD series products are slow drying ink, adhesion test must be conducted after 24 hours after finishing printing.
8. Package:
1kg/can.
9. Storage:
It can be stored for two(2) years at 5-35℃.
Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
