UV ABRASIVE VARNISH

1. Substrates:

Paper, Gold, silver, laser and synthetic cardboard, PVC, PC and BOPP film, etc.

2. Applicable products:

The package for tobacco, alcohol, calendar, cosmetics, gift, etc.

3. Product features:

We can provide three different abrasive(strong, medium and fine abrasive) effects varnish.

It has good adhesion, good flexibility, gloss, softness, wash resistance and environmental protection, etc.

4. Technical parameters:

Abrasive effect: strong, medium and fine	Appearance: milky white paste
Adhesion: good	Viscosity(25℃): 150 - 250Pa.s
Water resistance: grade 5	Flexibility: good on cardboard
Curing rate: 20-30m/min	Curing energy: ≥70mj/c㎡

5. Instructions:

(1) Mesh: Please use 100-420 polyester mesh, the tension should be 15-16N/ c㎡. Use 100-200 mesh for strong abrasive, 200-300 mesh for medium abrasive, 300-400 mesh for fine abrasive.

(2) Squeegee: 75-80 degree of PU squeegee is recommended.

(3) Reference dosage: It is 20㎡/㎏ for strong abrasive, 25㎡/㎏ for medium abrasive, 35㎡/㎏ for fine abrasive,

(4) UV machine power: Mid-high voltage lamp: 3kw*2pcs.

(5) Additives: Use the matching UVC - thinner for abrasive varnish to reduce viscosity if necessary.

(6 )Mesh cleaning: Use solvent-based mesh cleaning agent.

(1) Please choose the different abrasive effect based on demand.
