5. Instructions:
(1) Mesh: 150-420(60-170T) polyester mesh
(2) Squeegee: Polyurethane squeegee at the hardness 65-85 is recommended.
(3) Indicative dosage: 30㎡/㎏on the 300(120T) mesh
(4) Drying: natural drying (surface drying in 20 minutes, full drying in more than 24 hours ) or heat drying 20-30 minutes at 60-80℃.
(5) Selective Solvents: 719 fast dryer, 718 medium dryer or 783 slow dryer etc.
(6) Stencil cleaning: organic solvent (e.g. Mesh washing water 007)
6. Notes:
(1) Please add adhesion promoter by 2-5% when test on PE materials.
(2) As for low surface tension material, please use PP treatment water or conduct flame treatment on substrate to improve adhesion.
(3) It is slow reaction ink, please test the adhesion after 24 hours after printing.
7. Package:
1kg/can.
8. Storage:
It can be stored for two(2) years at 5-35℃.
Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
