Medium temperature black phosphating solution
IC-2002
1. Overview
IC-2002 Medium temperature black phosphating solution, purple color, black or dark gray phosphating film.
Outstanding advantages: suitable for anti-corrosion phosphating treatment of various steel materials; do not need to surface modifier; strong blackness; fine crystallization; easy to control the operating range.
this product is applicable to all kinds of medium and low carbon steel phospahting treatment ,black color film, high wear resistance and, strong corrosion resistance, low sediment , saving energy.
2. Use method
2.1. Prepared Tank solution(1000KG):
Add 50% tapping water , then add IC-2002 phosphating solution 167KG , stir evenly, then supply tapping water to 1000KG.
When you use it , heat it to 60-70 degree C.
2.2. Tank solution management

2.3 Tank solution supplement and adjustment
It needs to make the analysis and adjustment frequently. Enhance the acidity with the supplement of phosphating fluid.
In 1000Kg tank solution, supply 4KG IC-2002, Total acidity increase 1 point, Free acidity increase 0.1 point.
