Multi-purpose degreaser /cleaner IC-518
I. Product instruction:
IC-518 is designed to clean machinery equipment, cast iron, stainless steel and same time it can be used in factory floors, walls clean other washable surfaces. It contains rust inhibitor composition, and slow the corrosion of machinery and equipment.
IC-518 does not contain halogen, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrite and other substances. It can reduce the cost, reduce the environmental pollution and improve the working environment. It is an ideal oil removal product.
This product is alkaline solution, glass and active metal (magnesium, aluminum, zinc, etc.) surface cautiously use.
II. Technical Indicator
1. Appearance : Rose red transparent liquid
2. pH Value: 11-13 (5% solution )
3. Specific Gravity: 1.03±0.01
4. Total alkalinity : 3.5-4.5 (5% solution )
5. Free alkalinity : 2-3 (5% solution )
III. Property and Characteristic
1.Suitable for ferrous metal degreasing , such as cast iron, carbon steel , cold rolled plate, ect.
2. Used for cleaning factory equipment, no corrosion and delay corrosion.
3.Used for factory floor, wall cleaning, fast and convenient.
4. No toxic, no odor, no phosphate , no corrosion for equipment .
5. Quality is stable, not go bad and putrid for long term usage.
6. Foam moderate , easy cleaning by soak or brush.
7. Liquid state, easy to use, strong ability to remove oil.
IV. Usage and Notes
1. Use concentration: clean with IC-518 at 1: 10 to 1: 20 dilution. If heavy duty, can increase concentration, extend the soak time, or clean with single discmachine.
2. Use Temperature: Use at normal temperature, heated is better, but not higher than 60℃.
3.Use method: soak , brush
Supply IC-518 according to the actual situation .
V. Safety instructions
Alkali and solvent contained. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children .
First aid: For eyes contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes. If irritation develops or persists, get medical attention.
For skin contact, wash affected area with plenty of water. If imitation develops or persists, get medical attention if swallowed, drink two or more glasses of water or milk and then get medical attention, do not induce vomiting. If inhalation, vacate and ventilate this area before reentry. If discomfort develops or persists, get medical attention. If product contaminates clothing, remove the product dirt promptly and wash the clothing before wearing again

Store in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation. Keep from freezing
VII. Package and Shelf life
