LT-26   Aluminum Cutting fluid

LT-26 cutting fluid is a kind of environmental protection product especially for special aluminum material (6 and 7 series aluminum ) , which is based on the Japanese patent technology, contains many kinds of imported water soluble anti rust agent, copper and aluminum corrosion inhibitor, lubricant, etc.

It does not contain harmful substances, such as nitrite, chlorine, sulfur, lead, etc., also it has a high degree of biological degradation.  No corrosion , Non oxidative discoloration.

   Protect the tool in the metal machining equipment, the operation is simple, reduce the cost, no odor, improve the working environment. LT-26 cutting fluid is suitable for machining of special aluminum , cast aluminum, aluminum alloy, and ferrous metal.

This product conforms to the GB/T6144-85 standard.

2. pH: 8.5---9.5 (5% aqueous solution)

3. Anti rust property: more than 72H (5% water solution 35±2℃, senior grade gray cast iron).

  4. Aluminum corrosion resistance: 48H no discoloring ( 5% water solution 25±2℃ )

   5. Use ratio: 5-10%
