IC-502 General Metal cleaning agent
IC-502 general cleaning agent is new generation oil removal cleaning agent which is used for steel, aluminum, copper, zinc alloy , and all metal products. IC-502 Cleaning agent is made by bio-degradation surfactant, additives and corrosion inhibitor. It is used for cleaning kinds of greasy, and has the advantage of non corrosive workpieces, and short anti-rust function. It is also used for wiping large equipment surface, with the characteristic of low alkaline, no corrosion, using under normal temperature, simple operation, saving energy, long service life.
1.Usage method
This cleaning agent can be used for all metal surface treatment by wiping or immersion .
2.Preparation method（1000L）
2.1 Add water to tank up to 90% capacity ;
2.2 Slowly add 100KG IC-502 cleaning agent, stir while adding;
2.3 Add the remains water amount to 1 ton, and then stir evenly.
3. Treatment Parameters
Dipping treatment :
pH:8-9
Temperature: 20-50 degree
Time: 5-15minutes (Determine time according to the situation of steel grease)
use ratio:5-10%
Wiping treatment: 10% water solution.
4. Supplement and Adjustment ( by 1000L)
The concentration is changed in using process, determine pH value, and make sure IC-502 cleaning agent concentration., keep it in certain scope. Supply cleaning agent to make sure cleaning effect.
5. Note
Workpiece stain is cleaned off, do other treatment after water rinsing.
If workpieces need rust protection, dry it directly after cleaning without water rinsing.
Wash cleaning tank and drain off the greasy sludge by one time every 20-30 days .
