1. Overview:
Cast aluminum cleaning agent IC-504 is a new type of environmental friendly chemical for cleaning cast aluminum . It is silumin degreaser , can be used under normal temperature, which is composed of a variety of organic acid, emulsifying, dispersing, cleaning materials, no phosphorus, sulfur, fluorine and other restricted elements, perfectly solve the blackening technical problem of silumin and aluminum in the cleaning process.
2. Product advantages:
2.1 Environmental protection, safety, non-toxic, smokeless; no nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid; no phosphorus, sulfur, fluorine and other restrictive elements.
2.2 Low cost, directly soluble in water.
2.3 Operation is simple, directly immersion at room temperature, without heating during the process
2.4 Strong cleaning ability, effectively remove oil stains, aluminum scraps and slight white spots.
2.5 Do not destroy the substrate. After cleaning, keep the original color of the workpieces.
2.6 Rinse easily, basically no residual liquid after water rinsing.

IC-504: water =1:9（dipping）
Tank fluid additions and adjustments: (1 tons)
During the continuous treatment, the concentration decreases, add IC-504 according to the degree of oil removing effect. After a long time, the bath may become thicken and turbid, degreasing cleaning effect is not ideal, recommend to prepare new tank solution.
4. Notes
4.1 this product is acidic liquid, slightly corrosive, so wear appropriate protective equipment, wear latex gloves. Water rinsing once splash into clothes or body.
4.2 Suggest that passivation, if you do powder coating or long-term storage after cleaning the aluminum.
