IC-2018A (B) type metal surface nanocomposite silane treatment agentproduct description
The IC-2018A (B) type metal surface nanocomposite silane treatment agent is composed of nano ceramic organosilane as an effective main body, and can form a conversion film on metal surfaces such as steel, zinc, aluminum and magnesium.
After the processed, an ultra-thin (20-200 nm) amorphous inorganic-organic composite film layer is formed on the metal surface. It provides good adhesion for metal surface and subsequent coating coupling, improves the physical and chemical properties of the coating, and has short-term anti-rust function between workpiece processes.
IC-2018A (B) type metal surface nanocomposite silane treatment agent, does not contain harmful elements such as phosphorus and chromium. It has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection at normal temperature, simple process, short process and low cost. It is excellent choice to use instead of traditional phosphating and chromizing.

Nano Silane Treatment Agent IC-2018A Acidity

Neutralizer NT-120 Alkaline
Process flow:
1) Pre-degreasing
2) Degreasing
3) Water wash
4) Deionized water wash
5) Nano Silane Treatment IC-2018A(B)
6) Water wash
7) Deionized water wash
8) Drying
IC-2018A (B) must be cleaned of grease, debris, contaminants, etc. attached to the surface of the treated material before processing.
Note: The subsequent electrophoresis treatment does not require drying.
Processing conditions
pH: 4.4~5.5 (4.8 best) with precision test paper
EDTA point: 10.0~20.0Pt (new matching tank 18.0~19.0)
Temperature: 25～40°C
Time: 60~180 seconds (spraying/soaking)

Equipment requirements
All equipment exposed to IC-2018A(B) is required to be made of stainless steel, PVC, PP, PE and other acid-resistant non-metallic materials or steel with an acid-resistant material such as PVC, PE or PP.
Wastewater treatment
Discharge of waste liquid, please comply with local regulations.
Packaging
25 liter polyethylene plastic drums.
Store in a cool place with a shelf life of 12 months.
