IC-506 spraying high-effective degreaser is a new kind of environmental-friendly degreaser , which was made by a variety of water-soluble emulsifier and corrosion inhibitors.  IC-506 degreaser is colorless transparent or semitransparent liquid, no halogen , phosphorus, sulphur and nitrite . In the metal machining industry, It has good cleaning property and clear off the surface dirty completely. There are many advantages, such as reduce cost, reduce environmental pollution and improve working condition, it is one ideal degreaser product.

II. Performance and Characteristic

   1. Suitable for ferrous metal degreasing , such as cast iron, carbon steel , cold rolled plate, alloy steel, and so on.

   2. No toxic, no odor, no phosphate , no corrosion for equipment and paint coating.

   3. Used for spraying degreasing of general and fine machining .

   4. Chemical stability: not go bad and putrid for long term usage.

   5. Low foam, easy cleaning

   6. Liquid state, easy to use, strong ability to remove oil.

   7. Dilute directly with tap water.

III. Treatment method and Notes

   1. Treatment Ratio 5%, increase ratio according to oil dirty, generally speaking, it will not more than 10%.

      Degreasing solution pH value: >11

       Degreasing solution total Alkalinity: 5-10

      Degreasing solution Free Alkalinity : 2-4

      Total Alkalinity/ Free Alkalinity:<2.5

   2. Treatment Temperature:   50-55℃

   3. Treatment Method: Spaying, Soak

   4. Treatment Time: Spraying  3-5 min

                   Soak :  10-15 min

   5. Supplement degreaser according to Treatment Ratio when using.

IV Wast Water Treatment

Comply with local regulations for “handling and releasing chemicals,” “chemical handling requirements” .  Degreasing solution is  alkaline, no phosphate component.
