Description:The SR series bottle-tumbling sterilizing machine is the special equipment for disinfecting bottle caps after bottles are hot-filled and capped. The decelerator with built-in motor drives the conveying chain through sprocket; the on-line bottle tumbled during bottle conveying. After the bottle caps are disinfected for a certain time as per requirements during the process, bottles will be turned around automatically, then the processes of bottle-tumbling, bottle cap-sterilizing and bottle-turning around are finished. Our design makes it true that the bottle-tumbled at either straight section or bend section of the sterilizing line is tailored to our customers' requirements.
