Technical support and service
1. Top-quality products are accompanied with top-level services. The seller shall reply the buyer within 8 hours after receiving the buyer’s correspondence. If the service arriving at buyer’s site is requested, the seller shall dispatch the technicians who shall commonly get to the buyer’s site according to the appointed time by both parties.
2. The seller should provide training and installation at the buyer’s site, but the buyer should pay for the accommodation, air ticket, visa and salary of the seller’s engineer.
3. Quality guarantee: 12 months.
Part Two. Equipments Introduction
Syrup boiler
This equipment is one of the necessary equipments in beverage, food and medicine industry. It could completely finish the work such as syrup boil, cool and storage in one body.
Premixing tank
This equipment is an assistant part for mixing juice and water. It is used to mix syrup and other kind of liquid. It is made of super stainless steel. It has nice outlook, safe, hygiene characteristic and so on.
Syrup filter
This machine is suitable for removing the solid matter from fresh milk, syrup, beverages and any liquid. Two filters can change using each other; it is not necessary to stop the machine as you change the filter net, and it also is suitable to work for a long time.
Homogenizer
The high-pressure homogenizer and high-pressure reciprocating pump are power
transmission and material conveying mechanism. Strong shear force, impact and
cavitations can be produced under the influence of high pressure so as to micronized
the liquid materials or liquid-carrier particles.

Vacuum degasser
The degasser is one of the necessary equipment in fruit juice or fruit tea production line. It is mainly used for degassing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent the juice from being oxidized and then to prolong the shell life of juice.

Juice pasteurizer
Adopting mirror-surface welding technique, little liquid leftovers.

Bottle un-scrambler
Introduction:
LP series un-scrambler is a bottle collocating equipment of internationally advanced level- elevator technology we developed on basis of introduced technology with a consideration of a propensity of domestic beverage filling facilities towards high-speed production.
The body machine is barrel shape, with adjustable horses in the bottom of outer rounding, to adjust the height and level of the machine. An inner and an outer rotary barrel are positioned round the double-line bearings inside the body machine. The outside of inner rotary barrel is equipped with bottle tank, and inside with equivalent elevator. The corresponding bottle distributor is also equipped on the outer barrel. An umbrella-tower is centered in the machine. Bottles are conveyed to the middle of the machine through elevator upon signals of bottle absence, falling from the umbrella-tower to the fringes. Bottles are pushed into bottle tank by cams in the elevator. The circulation of the machine is accompanied by the elevator thrice. Every elevator Bottles in distributor will be transported into air conveyor through star wheels.
Main features:
1) Outer canister, rotary canister and contact parts with bottles are made of S/S SUS304. Frames are welded with carbon steel of fine quality, with anti-rust treated and sprayed of surface.
2) Body of canister is sealed, and kept with slight positive pressure to prevent dust.
3) Top of canister is equipped with removable cover, easy to maintain and clean.
4) Equipped with defective bottle rejection device. No need to stop to clean up in usual condition. Blocks from mass defective bottles in bottle. The testing switch in the machine will alarm and stop the machine. Operators can dredge it according to signals.
5) Specially designed bottle tank can apply to bottles of dimensions at small difference, no need to change tank to save investment. E.g. if you want to change 600ml with 500ml with same diameter, only 30mm shorter, you need not to change the tank, just do some adjustment.
6) The midst of canister is equipped with exit for mold replacing, easy for dismantlement and clean up of bottle tank.
7) The under of canister is equipped with maintenance exit, easy for operators to contact the bottom of machine.
8) Equipped with manual operators.
9) Prefect safeguard device.
10) Bottle-jam inspector is equipped on out-feed star wheels to safeguard machine.
11) Equipped with oil filling port to lubricate the gears, bearings, and cams.
12) Main motor is SEW.
13) Main electrical components (frequency inverter, PLC, photocells and relays) use MITSUBISHI OMRON SIEMENS products.
14) Pneumatic system uses FESTO products of Germany.

The Overturn bottle pasteurizer
This machine is use for the bottle and cap’s sterilization for the juice, about 30~40 seconds, sterilization time can be adjusted according to demand chain using imported parts, frame adopts stainless steel production, extend the service life. It mainly applicable to tea, fruit juice beverage hot filling and capping. The product after filled and sealed can automatically flip 90 °, and then flat the bottle make perfect sterilization of the cap inner. The machine adopts chain drive, stable and reliable, the body without damage.
PET Bottle juice filling 3-1 monoblock machine
PET bottle rinsing/filling/capping 3-in-1 Unit is a kind of professional filling machine integrator for hot filling drink, such as juice, etc. It is multifunctional which can be used for washing, filling and capping. It is a kind of advanced filling machine integrator which is innovated following the process requirements of filling no-carbonated drink based on the importing and assimilating the foreign advanced technology. It is applied mostly in washing, filling, and capping plastic cap for water and soft drink. It is the perfect selection to a large or medium-size beverage factory due to its reasonable configuration, security of operation, dependability of running and its so convenient maintenance.
The primary features
· There are some features such as compact conformation, good shape, cozy operation, excellent automaticity and poor labor intensity.
· We adopt air conveyor bottle feeding technology instead of the feeding screw and conveyer chain. Easily change the bottle change over parts.
· It adopts the blocking bottleneck technology to convey bottles. It does not adjust the height of equipment when the type of bottle is exchanged. According to the diameter of bottle, you could exchange corresponding nylon elements such as arc slipper guide, thumb wheel etc.
· Those stainless steel bottle nips of wash are designed especially and are solid and durable. It does not touch thread position of phialine, in order to avoid the second pollution.
· All of parts directly contacted with material are adopted with food stage stainless steel 304 without dead angle. So they can be cleaned easily.
6. High filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.
Components
The complete machine consists of 6 parts as following:
· Washing system: it consists of washing gripping dial, water diversion pan and flume.
· Filling system: it consists of hydraulic cylinder, filling valve, control ring and lift air cylinder.
· Capping system: it consists of screw capper, cap aligner and cap sliding guide rail
· Power system: it adopts gear centralized drive model, which is consists of main motor and gear pairs.
· Conveying system: it consists of guide table, thumb wheel and conveyor chain.
· Electrical control system: it adopts frequency speed control, PLC control automatically and touches screen operation.
