2.Wine filling machine
The wine filling machine is a Negative Pressure Filling Machine. It is based on advanced technology. The equal liquid level technology controls the filling. Broken bottles or none bottles not filling, not spilling fluid, clean and hygiene. 3. Corking machine

4. Labeler (Self-adhesive Three Labels Labeler)
Brief presentation:
GD-BTB-03 is specially designed for self-adhesive labels on glass bottles. It is Specially used to stick the three labels: front, back and neck labels. This machine is adopted the Germany label sticking technology, have a very exact stick, stable work.
Main trait and advantage:
1. Reasonable mechanical structure. It is made by SUS304.Turning control design of pallets meets the demand of label marking of round bottles, square bottles, and various special-shaped bottles.
2. Highly automatic control system. The machine adopts Frequency control, PLC control, touch screen dynamic display system, which is equipped with internet module to achieve wide-range steady speed control under internet control. The system includes the following functions: Detection of lubrication pressure and flow, automatic shut in scale-free on back and automatic shut at bottles' burst.
3. Bottles are conveyed to the machine in equal space and pass the photo-sensor, which send single to the label roller and stick the label on the bottle.
4. Advanced infrared detector to realize the precise sticking position.
5. Perfect lubrication system. The body machine is lubricated by pumping oil to be prelubricated before working.
