GD-CGFQ series WATER filling monoblock machine is mainly used for filling water. It combines rinsing and filling and screw capping as one automatic body suitable for PET or other plastic bottles. The normal-pressure filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others.
Besides using photo-electronic detectors to detect the running of every important sub-process, it employs SIMENS PLC for automatic control of the whole process and new type air-channel for bottle-loading fast and damage-free of bottle. The handing-over of bottles between two linking structures is fulfilled by applying clamping-bottle-neck method. For bottle of different shape only a few parts need to be changed and the substituting is simple, which shows the machine is good adaptability. High automation and easy operation make it an ideal option for beverage companies.
This machine is composed of auto-bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine and screw capping machine.
2. Feature
1) Adopts high precision mechanical valve, has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level. Sealed filling cylinder made of 304 stainless steel and automatic adjustment of the liquid level to realize filling.
2) Has CIP cleaning function, touching screen control, the whole machine is protected by stainless door.
which can keep the filling quality well.
3) The height of the rinsing filling screw capping machine is adjustable to fill different kinds of bottles within the design scope.
4) Main transmission adopts a transmission combination of cog-type belt and gear box type, high efficiency and low noise.
5) SIMENS PLC system controls the whole work automatically. Main transmission adopts step less speed regulation..
6)Sealing technology is all imported from Switzerland (Ferrum) company.

1. Bottle washing filling capping machine
1. Principal features
The series of machine integrating washing ,filling and capping into one unit ,can be used for different kinds of fruit juices ,tea hot drink production .With only a few parts changed, the machine can also be used for mineral water filling .The filling is quick ,steady and accurate .The beverage feedback system is well designed ,the gas can be fed back separately ,has no contact with beverage ,reduce the second time pollution and oxidation .

. Bottle overturn pasteurizer
This machine is use for the bottle and cap’s sterilization for the juice, about 30~40 seconds, sterilization time can be adjusted according to demand chain using imported parts, frame adopts stainless steel production, extend the service life. It mainly applicable to tea, fruit juice beverage hot filling and capping. The product after filled and sealed can automatically flip 90 °, and then flat the bottle make perfect sterilization of the cap inner. The machine adopts chain drive, stable and reliable, the body without damage.
3. Spray cooling machine
Designed specially for juice bottle cooling down after filling.
It can be used for juice bottles and cans as cooler and the temperature
can be controlled according to the SIMENS PLC system.
There is 2 temperature zones to reduce the temperature down
to 25 degrees.
4. Bottle drying machine
This machine dries the bottles after the bottles is cooled.
It is to confirm that the bottle is dry before labeling.

7. PE film packing machine
