For the four-roller rolling machine, when pre-bending plate end, the stress on the top roller is several times higher than the stress on the top roller when normal rolling, which may cause top roller deformation during the process of rolling.
And at present, the most of manufacturers in domestic who adopts the way to enlarge the top roller diameter to decrease the top roller deflection or use the drum top roller to eliminate the deformation of top roller, but the only way to achieve the small diameter of cylinder even smaller than the top roller diameter is to minish the top roller diameter, if so, the top roller deflection will be worse……which may cause rolling defect.
But our R& D team solved this problem through long-time test and we researched and manufactured this new-type of four-roller plate bending machine WHICH WAS INSTALLED ONE UP-DOWN PRESS ROLLER ON! WHEN ROLLING PLATE, THIS PRESS ROLLER PRESSES DOWN THE TOP ROLLER, WHICH CAN ELIMINATE THE TOP ROLLER DEFLECTION EFFECTIVELY!
