Oil and gas transmission pipe rolling machine is our new patent and product, it includes the following technology:
1. We adopt the way of deformation-resistant to eliminate the deflection of top roller
2. Several group of oil cylinder for adding pressure on the two ends of top roller, and the piston rod is fixed, the up-down movement of oil cylinder drive top roller bear block to up and down, which use the space effectively and increase the utilization of material as well as decrease the weight of whole machine
3. The working piece (rolled shell) was taken out from inside of frame without turnover and reset of frame, which makes the operation more safe and reliable
The working piece (rolled shell) was sent out automatically driven by oil cylinder which is proper for flow process.
1. Subject overview
The oil & gas transmission pipe special-purpose plate rolling machine can roll the plate into narrow & long pipe, and The structure includes chassis, working piece taken –out side frame, fixed frame, working rollers, driving device, support roller,
discharging device (taking the rolled shell out), pre-deformation device, balance device, hydraulic system and electronic control system and so on.
According to the request of rolled products, the smaller diameter top roller and adding pressure beam for top roller are available.
1-1,structure overview
The machine is easy to be operated and to be maintained, moreover, the working performance is very reliable. The vertical movement of top roller and pre-deformation up-down movement are digital display, which make the operation easier and make the control more accurate. Taking-out device (taking the rolled shell out) is one of our designing patent, it take the rolled shell automatically.
As for HDLW11G series plate rolling machine, both the top roller and lower roller are driving roller. The top roller can move up and down, and the central distance between the two lower rollers is adjustable, which can pre-bend the plate end easily. When the plate is clamped by top roller and lower roller, the top roller and lower roller rotate relatively which will cause the friction between the working roller and plate to make the plate move, and then bend the plate through the up-down movement of top roller. Adjusting the up-down distance of top roller, we can get the needed arc shape and radius of curvature. The up-down movement of top roller is driven by oil cylinder.
When finishing the rolling plate, the top roller rising up, and the distance between two lower rollers become the max, meanwhile the feeding device is rising up also and drive the rolled shell move forwards, when it reached to the set position, the pressing cylinder and balance device of top roller works, and the feeding device moves continually to send the rolled shell out, hitherto the whole working circle finished.
1-2 the difference between HDLW11G and other three-roller machine model
It adopted pre-deformation device assisted with top pressing beam to eliminate the deflection of top roller during the process of rolling for the HDLW11G. It use the hydraulic motor as driving force for the whole machine and the discharging is fully-automatically, no tipping frame as well as no any other assistant device to send the rolled shell out.
