Cone-rolling Machine
This machine is cone-rolling four-roller hydraulic plate bending machine (the side roller can rotate and make slash movement, please check the following pictures for more details. All the working rollers are cone –shape. We researched and developed this kind of machine by integrating the abroad and domestic advanced technique. It is mainly used to roll different diameter cylinder and it is extensively used in boiler, chemical industry, mine, construction and ship-building.
The top roller is fixed (but it can make rotation driven by motor), two side rollers and lower roller are adjustable. The top roller is main driving roller, which offer the torque for rolling plate through the mesh between output gear of reducer and top roller gear; the lower roller make vertical movement, which is driven by hydraulic oil cylinder to clamp the plate tightly. The side rollers make the slash movement.
The rolling method: put the cone plate between top roller and lower roller levelly, the short-arc end is parallel to the working surface of tipping side, adjusting the oil cylinder to make lower roller up or down to clamp the plate tightly, controlling the cone angle through adjusting the oil cylinder of side roller to make the stroke of short arc end and long arc end approximate consistent to realize the rolling the cone cylinder.
1. Subject overview
The steel plate can be pre-bended and rolled into cone shape on the cone-rolling four-roller bending machine. The structure includes chassis, tipping frame, fixed frame, working rollers, driving device, up-down device of lower roller, hydraulic drop end, hydraulic system and electronic control system and so on.
The machine is easy to be operated and to be maintained, moreover, the working performance is very reliable. The vertical movement of top roller and side rollers are digital display. Both The tipping reset & tipping of top roller and the balance of top roller are controlled by oil cylinder, which make the unloading easier.
All of four rollers of this machine are driven by motor. The top roller is fixed, and the lower roller can move up to down, which can clamp the steel plate tightly. When the top roller and lower roller rotate relatively, the friction between plate and working rollers make the steel plate move on. The steel plate is bended by the up-down movement of side rollers. Cone shape or arc radius of curvature can be achieved by adjusting the stroke of side rollers. The rotation of side rollers are driven by motor. The slash movements of side rollers are driven by hydraulic oil cylinder.
