2. Machine layout structure
1.The machine design is of Europe-style, and it is novel, unique, and elegant. The all parts of machine is designed by computer-aided, the computer finite element analyzing and calculating, computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAE/CAM)software, which fully ensure the structure intensity and rigidity for each parts of machine
2.All steel plate welded, hydraulic transmission and internal stress eliminated by vibration.
3. Advanced integrated hydraulic system is adopted on the machine to support over-loaded, and it is of reliability. We can add the cooling device in accordance with customer’s request to ensure the continuous working.
4. Inner-falling (introversion structure) is used to make the plate dropping easy and it can enhance the shearing precision as well.
5. Three-points support rolling guide rail which can eliminate the guide rail gap and enhance the shearing quality.
6. Guillotine structure, return cylinder control returning, which make the stroke of top rest be adjusted within allowed range.
7. Top blade’s gap can be adjusted by motor-driven; dial shows the adjusting content, which is easy, fast and accurate.
8. Rectangle blade and all four blades can be used, which make the usage life longer
9. The back gauge size and shearing time is displayed by NC device
10. Guard fence is installed in the front of working table, mechanical interlock device for electric cabinet which can protect the operator from hurt.
