HDLW11S-TOP ROLLER ALL DIRECTIONAL ADJUSTABLE PLATE ROLLING MACHINE
The movement of each roller of HDLW11S
Top roller can make vertical movement (move up to down) as well as level movement (move from left to right). The vertical movement is driven by hydraulic oil cylinder while the level movement is driven by worm gear, worm, nut and lead screw (screw rod).
The lower roller makes rotation movement, which driven by reducer
HDLW11S-UPPER ROLLER UNIVERSAL PLATE ROLLING MACHINE
The features of HDLW11S:

Advantages:
1. The rolled working piece (the rolled shell) is in high straightness accuracy. The top roller is drum-shape, matching up with support roller adjusting, which can roll both thick and thin steel plate in to cylinder in high straightness accuracy. The high straightness accuracy is very important to assure of making welding work easier.
2. Use the rear bending process and eliminate the front relief angle, which make the rolled cylinder in good roundness.
3. Pre-bending the plate end through direct pressure-adding, which can control the left flat end very effectively.
