The machine is mechanical three-roller symmetrical plate rolling machine, and it can roll the metal plate into different diameter round cylinder. Therefore, it is applied to in boiler, chemical industry, mine and shipbuilding industry extensively.
The machine is made up of the working part welded on the chassis and driving parts. The working parts are made up of left & right roller bearing block, one top roller, two lower rollers (the material for three working roller is 45#, tempering and quenching treatment at HB217-255), up-down lead screw, worm gear and some accessories. The lower rollers are main driving roller and the top roller is driven roller. The top roller can be adjusted up-down along with height direction. The driving parts are made up of main motor, main reducer and other accessories.
