4. The features of machine
4-1 The machine has the functions of normal spinning, power spinning, necking spinning, expending spinning, side rolling, and side turning and scraping, which belongs to general type and multi-purpose machine.
4-2 It has the functions of working data’s input, calculate and edit. Also it can judge, correct and modify the out side sensor’s data.
4-3 It can draw movement curves and record them in the computer to have standard programmed.
4-4 It can show and record the movement of the spinning rollers, which also can directly control the machine tool to work. More it has the editing, modification, planning and saving functions.
4-5 the operator can input the working parameter and spinning number by keyboard and operating table, which is convenient to edit, save and use.
4-6 The traveling track of the spinning roller can be straight line,arc, multi circular arc connection line and their combination curves.
4-7 It has the mandrel shape’s “copy” protection function. It means that when the working process is adjusting and back showing, the spinning roller won’t touch the mandrel.
4-8 the machining condition of spinning workpiece is alternate. The chassis of the spinning roller frame could be installed any place of machine’s side surface.
4-9 when spinning there is functions for emergency break or suspending. There also adopts safe travel limit protection in control system by software and hardware limit protection. The fault detection and warning system are equipped.
