C& Z Purline Roll Forming Machine

Semi-Automatic C& Z purline roll forming machine can produce both C and Z purlin with different specifications in one machine. The change from C and Z will be done by simple manually adjustment. There is also not necessary to change the rollers if producing different size of C or Z purlins. It can automatically cut to length, punch and form, workers just need to input the length, hole distance, quantity, etc into the control system.
The adjustment for producing different C purlin or Z purlin will be complete different from traditional purlin machine(by manual adjust the roll spacers), it just needs to adjust the screw bar and you can get different sizes of C and Z purlin.
Whole machine adopts electrical motor driving with inverter controlling; it will assure high precision of the products.

Encoder calculates the number, which has function of calculation and measuring the length.

6)Inspection
a)Raw material requirement
The sheet thickness allowed tolerance ≤ ±0.2mm, sheet width allowed tolerance ≤2mm, sheet side camber tolerance ≤5mm/5000mm.
The sheet surface is not rusted.
b)Product requirement
The length tolerance ≤ ±4mm while the length is less than 6m, if bigger than 6m, the tolerance with be ±6mm.
perpendicularity within 300mm from two ends is ±3°,others will be ±1.5.
curving or camber tolerance less than 1.55mm/m.
