This fully foamed concrete light weight brick making machine's operation proceeds is automatic, combined the material feeding, foam generating, mixing, and transportation together.The concrete delivering pump, coming with double hydraulic cylinder. Basing on the high output pressure, it can deliver the foam concrete to the high building. It also equips with moving wheels, universal wheels, the stretch frame, easy to move to other sites. Light weight brick is produced from the foam generators and injected into slurry of cement, fly ash and water in foam concrete mixture. It creates many small air cells which are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete and create cellular from 300kg/m3 to 1600kg/m3. The volume of air cells in foam concrete determines the density. The final mixture is then used for different applications without any vibration or compaction. Fly ash which is a waste-product at thermal power stations. The foam concrete is thus a green building material.

The specific production process of foam concrete machine:
1. Feeding and blend: The quantitative cement, foam agent, steady bubble enhancer is added intothe mixer, through feeding system will be quantitative strengthening agent, foaming agent, stabilizing bubble cement mixer with 30 seconds by dry blend.
2. Mixing: quantitative warm water be added into the mixer with 2 minutes by wet mixing; The quantitative foaming agent be added into the mixer with 8 to 15 seconds mixing.
3. Inject into the mold and foaming: this material be placed into the mould immediately to foaming with 3-5 minutes.
4. Preliminary maintenance: this process is done by several standing after injection moulding.
5. Demoulding: the foam concrete board can be demould is after initial set, which have the initialstrength.
6. Cutting: this foamed concrete board blank owning a certain intensity can be cut after demoulding, and the cutting specifications can be adjusted according to the need by the cutting blade;
7. Finish product maintenance: the curing time of foam concrete board should have no less than 7 days.
