1 . Introduction
Concrete foaming agent namely the foaming agent for foamed concrete. It is able to reduce the liquid surface tension, and produce a lot of homogeneous and stable foam to produce the admixtures of foamed concrete.
2. Property
LD foamed concrete is produced by our company cooperating with domestic and foreign experts cooperating with our company by using of the new synthesis, which is the synthesis of polymer materials, non-toxic, tasteless and the PH value closes to neutral. It belongs to a green environment protection material without corrosive to cement and metal and the biodegradation degree above 90%. The high foam expansion, foam stability, the foamed concrete produced no blast bubble, no loose bubble, and the amount and foaming effect are equal to imported plant foaming agent. So, it is the ideal cement foaming agent in the foamed concrete engineering such as the roof insulation heat preservation to find slope, thermal flooring, cast-in-situ wall and so on. LD effective foaming agent with high stability of the bubble capsule shows strong three-dimensional tension and specific tenacity, supporting the foam cement slurry before final set to keep porosity types without bubble and falling when transported by high-pressure pump to the top.
3. Main Features:
- Strong dispersion, no cluster, flocculation, shrinkage, exudation and sink phenomenon in producing foam concrete.
- Good stability, thickening property, early strength, foam concrete hole stability, no sink, no collapse, and no shrinkage.
- Good foaming ability, forming the cement solid foam concrete when reacted with cement, low bibulous rate, independent closed hole, no water absorption and storage.
