• SMK-630 CNC shaping machine is a novel design of precision profiling CNC planer, on the basis of my factory brand products SM-630B mechanical shaping as the host, refine the mechanical transmission, and set up double coordinate linkage CNC system by an innovation idea. The appearance of the machine tool, expand the denotation of planing process. The machine adopts the interpolation methods in writing a particular program on curing chip, can machining some on the machining center and CNC milling machine is difficult to machining special-type surface of the irregular workpieces and formula surface, such as steel mills with mold surface, the blower impeller surface and etc.
• The machine has following advantages: CNC machine flexible control, high precision, large power AC servo motor, large copying rigidity, high efficiency, adopts disc-type indexable planer tool,simple structure and low cost, floor-type worktable,easy to load large workpiece and craft equipment, easy to replace workpieces and etc. For some special surface processing , has hte advantages of machining center and CNC milling machine cannot be compared.

Applications and Features

• The machine is designed for cutting flat and formed surfaces on various kinds of small or medium sized workpiece. It can also be used to cut surfaces in special shape if equipped with a special device or a dividing head and it is suitable for single piece and small batch production as well.
• The main cutting motion of the machine is linear motion being converted from circular motion of gears by linkblock mechanism, with smooth transmission, short over-range and less consume of power, the machine is easy tostart and stop.
• Being provided with a tool lifter, the worktable can rapid motion in vertical and horizontal direction. The machine with pleasing appearance and stable accuracy, operate and maintain conveniently.
