Application
Grooving is an auxiliary process for bending metal or non-metal materials.
V-grooves are cut out using special equipment and tools at the bending line where the metal or non-metal material needs to be bent, making the material easy to bend and forming and the outer R of the bending angle can be minimized.
Then, the material is bent by a bending machine or manually.
This method completes the processing and meets the product appearance requirements.
The depth, width and angle of the V-groove can be guaranteed by the feed amount and shape of the planer during planing.
