2015 Hot Sale keyway slotting machine
1. Brief introduction & application of products.
BK5018 is a newly corporate design & development product. This machine has cutting plane, forming surface and keyways function. With domestic & overseas famous CNC system, the slotting machine could realize full-screen editing in Chinese. Main transmission adopts rocking handle mechanism and reduce the speed of two level through multi-speed motor, X & Y axis are controlled by servo motor, which could realize stepless speed regulating function. X ball screw directly connects with motor and Y ball screw and motor transmit through synchronous belt.
According to configurable NC dividing head or NC rotary table, the machine tool has strong function, which could machine key grooves of various directions.
The machine has strong power, pleasant rigidity, large precision storage, high price-quality ratio and long life-span, which could be widely applied to manufacture of machine tools and automobiles, various machinery electric, aeronautics & astronautics and etc. industries. In overall, this slotting machine is an ideal equipment for machining key grooves of various materials.
2. Characteristics of Major Structure
(1). This CNC slotting machine mainly adopts KND CNC system, and the worktable only make movements on Y axis.
(2). This ram dovetail is modified to linear guide-way.
(3). Y axial guide rail is restructured to linear guide-way.
(4). The CNC system could control cutting speed, and main motor
adopts servo motor.
(5). Y axial lead screw mainly adopts prepressing by double
nuts.
(6). Verticality of Z axis & Y axis ≤0.025mm.
(7). Y linear encoder (Sino) Amplifier Display.
(8). Reserve swivel table communication interface.
