It is suitable for various kinds of small and medium-sized keyways, through programming to realize the automatic processing of the circular array keyways, greatly improving the working efficiency of the machine tool.

Applications and Features

The machine tool is suitable for slotting the keyways of a various of medium and small-sized parts.
The main cutting motion of the machine is linear motion being converted from circular motion of gears by linkblock mechanism, adopts four-speed gear shift, with smooth transmission, short over range and less consume of power, the machine is easy to start and stop.
The machine adopts KND CNC system and AC feeding servo drive unit, reliable performance.
The worktable can achieve two CNC axis(longitudinal axis and rotary axis) or three CNC axis(longitudinal axis, transverse axis and rotary axis), adopts dovetail guide, to guarantee enough rigidity and good accuracy stable. CNC control axis is controlled ball screw that it connects directly AC feeding servo motor, meanwhile indirect measurement using encoder feedback.
