Slotting Machine / Slotter

 

Features:

1. Being designed for slotting various plane, formed surface ( include cambered surface) and key way of workpiece, the machine is suitable for single piece or small batch production.

2. The start and stop of the machine are carried out by a multiple-disk clutch and the reciprocation of the ram is achieved by a crank connecting link.

3. An automatic mechanism for vertical, horizontal and rotary feeding together with its safety device is provided on the table.

4. It has a rapid motion device for vertical, horizontal and rotary motion of the table which equipped with an indexing gear for rotary motion.
