BCGF2424-6 is a machine for carbonated drink of glass bottle and crown cap. It consists of a 2 in 1 machine and a seperate capping machine for crown cap.
1. The washing clamps for glass bottle have used a soft mat to protect bottle mouth to reduce the broken damage.
2. Bottles go to filling part by supporting the bottom, and finish filling by lift and down.
3. Bottles go to capping part by conveyor.

Q1. The material for making machine is SS210 or SS304? Can I ask for SS316 material?
A1: We never use SS210, material for beverage machines should be good.
Price for SS316 is much higher than SS304, if you could accept the price, it is ok surely.
Q2. How can I make sure the quality of the machine?
A2: We promise quality and have one-year guarantee, and you can come to inspect the machines.
Q3. My country has standards for the machines, they need to have ***certicate, do you have?
A3: We now have BV/ISO9001:2008 certificate. Please tell us your standard, we shall apply for that certificate.
