During the course of operation, its processing parameters can be controlled automatically by the PLC man-machine interface. It has the properties of easy operation and advanced process.
Structural Features:
The course of coating is fully-automatic control. Therefore it makes features of printing the producing process automatically, as well as color man-machine interface. Negative pressure check-point is added inside the cabinet of coating machine, and 2300-3kpa differential negative pressure gauge is also installed on the cabinet for operation, which is made by American DWYER Company. Operators can handle touch screen according to technical regulations and control the speed of blower so as to control negative pressure inside the cabinet.
Owing to constant pressure variable peristaltic pump, it stabilizes the effect of atomization and prevents spraying pistol from block. Furthermore, there is no blind corner and it is easy to clean. Stirrer is a kind of streamline guide plate. As a result, raw tablet core can roll smoothly and be exchanged frequently under the influence of stirrer, and thus increasing the rate of finished products. Because the surface of stirrer plate is narrow, it avoids conglutination of dressings to its surface, which not only saves dressing but improves the quality of medicines.
Operating Principles:
Coated raw tablet cores will repeatedly do the complicated trochoid movement in the revolving coating cylinder. After mixing, coating medium is sent to the spraying pistol or dropper under pressure and sprinkled onto the surface of tablet cores automatically. At the same time, hot air, which is supplied by hot air cabinet and processed through 10000-grade filtering and heated up, is input from the top of rotor under the influence of negative pressure. Then, hot air is taken out by blower from the bottom of rotor, going through the layer of moved raw tablets and exhausted after dust removal. Clean hot air makes the coating medium which is sprinkled onto the surface of the tablet cores dry quickly and uniformly, and thereby a layer of solid, compact, level and smooth exterior film will be formed on the surface of tablet cores quickly.
