Product adaptation:
HYHM7060 uses international popular inverted T-shape uprights mobile structure, which is modern processing machine tool with automatic tool changer and three/four linkage control system. Workpiece can milling, drill, enlarge, hank and tapping on four surface automatically and continuously after a clamping, apply to medium mass production of a variety of flat, holes, surfaces of complex shapes. It is ideal processing equipment for automotive manufacturing, aerospace and aviation, electronics industry, ordnance industry as it can save tooling, shorten production cycle, and improve processing strength.
The machine tool uses inverted T-shape, post mobile, and good rigidity.
The spindle adopts ample motor driving, that make torque large.
Indexing table is 1°X360, positioning by rat tooth plate and positioning accuracy is high.
NC rotary table is continuous indexing. It adopts INA plate type trust radial ball bearings imported from Germany to ensure a good transmission rigidity and stability, precision circular grating detection to ensure high positioning accuracy.
Three-way in feed drive chooses large inertia wide speed AC servo motor directly connected with the rolling screw. Couplings use Italy Sit Company’s no clearance couplings to achieve seamless transmission and rapid traverse of 15m/min due to it’s good rigidity and shock absorption greatly improve the dynamic stiffness of the transmission system.
Tool changer uses Taiwanese magazine cam robot, tool change time is short and performance is reliable.
