The performance & structure and application:

Apply 3D and finite element analysis software to completing the optimization design of machining tools.

The whole machine applies high quality casting process,anneal and advanced treatment of vibration aging.

Apply the box type structure design and strength the sensible distribution of the reinforcement,ensure that the machine has the advantage of high stiffness.

The whole High-stiffness workbench will not deform,it can maintain that the accuracy of the whole process of machining is persistent and stable by adjusting. 

The linear and geometric precision of all the machining tools are checked by the light interferometer and the ball bar that are produced by America light moving company,which ensure the 3D precision of the machining tools.   

Three shafts adopt screw tightening structure,it can offsets thermal expansion that is caused by the long time machining. Pre-loaded double nut can get rid of the gap that  produced by the long time use of itself,it also can retain the screw precision and delay the lifetime of itself.

The whole three axis guide rails are hard rail,all the guide surfaces are handled by medium frequency quenching,the depth of the broken hard layer is greater than or equal to 3mm,hardness reaches HRC50-55.  

Main characteristics:  

1.Adopt 3D modeling and FEM optimization design, the structure of wide bed and pillar,the bed adopts base type structure,the pillar adopts the box structure of frame type and is good rigidity. All the castings adopt the high-quality Mhana process and have good rigidity.

2.Adopt high precision ball screw,gapless coupling,ensure the no-clearance transmission.

3.To compensate intermittently by laser interferometer tested,location precision and repetitive positioning precision is high.

4.Import high-precision bearings from abroad,the level of the precision is P4.

5.Apply high precision,heavy load linear guide rail,friction coefficient is small,sensitive reaction.

6.Long saddle design and table full travel support.

7.High power servo motor drive,high precision and large load.

8.High speed and low torque cutting,the force of the main bearing is strong,long service life.

9.More reliability and higher response speed,which gets higher compensating speed.

10.Adopt Taiwan cam manipulator type cutter changing device,tool magazine drive and manipulator drive both adopt servo motor,simplify mechanical structure,improve the reliability of ATC system.

11.Adopt the coolant tank that separate from the machine tool,which is easy to renew the coolant liquid.

12.Booster cylinder unclamping device,convenient ATC.

13.Intermittent electric supply system.Supply periodically and quantitively each lubricating points with oil.Form the friction pair and maintain proper lubricant film.
