Main Application:
This machine is mainly used for the cap screwing of plastic round bottles on the packaging lines of medicine, foodstuffs and chemical industries etc.
Make-up:
The whole machine consists of conveying belt, cap covering mechanism, bottle clipping & cap screwing mechanism, and electrical control etc.
Operating Principles:
During the operation bottle caps are put behind the conveyor hopper, and they are delivered through the lifting belt into the entrance of screwing machine. Two pieces of synchronous belts and three sets of screwing wheels (six pieces) implement the screwing function. It is by the aid of mechanical twisting force adjustment that makes the cap-screwing accurate, fitting like a glove.
Structural Features:
This machine gathers advantages of cap screwing machines from home and abroad. It is a fully-developed and improved production. Cap unscrambling and cap screwing are linked as a whole. It is fit for round bottles and square bottles and its adjustment range is wide. Utilizing the principle of deadweight, caps in the different direction will be picked out automatically. Standing-type storage tank can include myriad caps; frequent complement of cap isnt needed even if it is used for long time.
Controlling system adopts PLC control. Colored man-machine touch screen makes operation very convenient. Accessories which touch with bottles and caps are all made of nontoxic wearable rubber and No. 304 stainless steel. Besides, its whole appearance is made of No. 304 stainless steel too. It conforms to the requirements of the GMP standard.
