Main Application:
It is suitable for organic thin film, water soluble film and sustained release coating of Chinese & Western medicine tablet, pill, candy and chocolate in pharmacy, food processing and biological industries etc. It is a kind of electric-mechanical integrated equipment with the features of beautiful look, high efficiency, safe energy-saving, easy to clean and hygiene. During the 
course of operation, its processing parameters can be controlled automatically by the PLC man-machine interface. It has the properties of easy operation and advanced process.


Structural Features:
The course of coating is fully-automatic control. Therefore it makes features of printing the producing process automatically, as well as color man-machine interface. Negative pressure check-point is added inside the cabinet of coating machine, and 2300-3kpa differential negative pressure gauge is also installed on the cabinet for operation, which is made by American DWYER Company. Operators can handle touch screen according to technical regulations and control the speed of blower so as to control negative pressure inside the cabinet. 
Owing to constant pressure variable peristaltic pump, it stabilizes the effect of atomization and prevents spraying pistol from block. Furthermore, there is no blind corner and it is easy to clean. 
Stirrer is a kind of streamline guide plate. As a result, raw tablet core can roll smoothly and be exchanged frequently under the influence of stirrer, and thus increasing the rate of finished products. Because the surface of stirrer plate is narrow, it avoids conglutination of dressing to its surface, which not only saves dressing but improves the quality of medicines.


Operating Principles:
In the clean and airtight revolving coating cylinder, coated raw tablet cores will repeatedly do the complicated trochoid movement by the aid of stream line guide plate. After mixing, coating medium is controlled by the computer and sent to the spraying pistol according to the optimized technical parameters. It will be sprinkled onto the coating dressings automatically. At the same time, hot air, which is supplied by hot air cabinet and processed through 10000-grade filtering and heated up, is inputed under the influence of negative pressure from one side of gas distributing tube in the center of cylinder. Clean hot air will go through the layer of raw tablets and come together to the gas distributing tube by the duck billed wind paddle which is embedded among raw tablets and is full of eyelets. Afterwards, hot air will be exhausted after dust removal.


The coating medium which is sprinkled onto the surface of the tablet cores is dried quickly and uniformly, and thereby a layer of solid, compact, level and smooth exterior film will be formed on the surface of tablet cores quickly.
