This machine can be divided into single-head and double-head, and it is mainly used for the bottle-filling packaging line of pharmaceutical industry. It can either be used solely or be used with tablet-counting machine, cap-screwing machine, sealing machine, labeling machine and so on.
Main Function:
This machine stuffs the paper into the bottle which is loaded with medicinal materials. Consequently, it can prevent collision and wear of medical tablets inside the bottle due to all kinds of shaking and tumbling, and it protects the integrality of medicines.
Structure & Principles:
Automatic paper stuffing machine automatically draws out the paper from paper drum and cuts them off, then stuffs them back into the bottle and presses onto the tablets. It can not only ensure the quality of paper but also prevent the edge of paper from coming out of bottle mouth. This machine is equipped with two kinds of electric controlled systems, that is, automatic paper stuffing in existence of bottles and automatic stand-by without bottles. Inverter is used to adjust the running speed of main motor so as to adapt to different containers. It adopts platform structure. Its operation is simple and performance is reliable. The exterior is made of stainless steel, beautiful and neat. It conforms to the requirements of the GMP standard.
