Dong guan Huayuan CNC planer type milling machine tightly follows with advanced level at home and abroad,and constantly absorbs advanced characteristics of structure of machine tool,and applies advanced manufacturing process.The host structure is made up of moving workbench and cross member that move up and down through the right and left columns,the structure of the whole machine is compact,its performance is stable.This machine is equipped with advanced electric control system,which makes the operation simple and has multiple complicated function.It is also equipped with various quickly changing cutter head of accessory(right-angle cutter head,universal angle cutter head,lengthening head of spindle),workpiece in a single set-up that can complete the procedures of inner and outer five sides of bore,cutter,milling,drill, reaming,screw-in etc.In the mechanical department,it is widely used in the flat surface and the angular surface that are characterized by medium-sized,heavy,black,nonferrous metal, and also used in the groove of milling and the processing of boring.
The machine can be equipped with various different model cutter head that can do the high power cutting at the same time, which improves the work efficiency multiply.
Main performance of structure and characteristic:
Main parts of structure:bed,work table,beam,right-left column,tied-beam,gantry type top all are made of phenolic model,high-quality alloy and wear resistant cast iron,the procedure: hot sandpit anneal→vibration aging→thermal annealing furnace→vibration aging→rough finishing→vibration aging→thermal annealing furnace→vibration aging→fine finishing,which eliminates the stress of components and retains the stable performance of components.
The bed and the guide of work table apply static pressure unloading technology and wear-resistant coating,which ensures the low-speed smoothness and the precision of retentivity.
Machine tool to three and milling head feed adopt separate drive mode,which ensures that each components work independently and improve work efficiency.
The spindle of ram type boring and milling change speed automatically,the feed adopts ball screw drive,and adopts hydraulic balance cylinder device and the self-respect of balance ram.
According to the demand of customers,we can support various model of attachments of millings,which further enlarges the range of application.
The electrical control system adopts PLC and the digital communication servo-control technique,it also reaches high-precision and high reliable control.
The machine that is three to feed adopts the AC variable frequency vector control that reaches the international advanced level,which achieves unlimited speed adjustment.
The setting of the work table is the type of touchscreen,its operation is hanging button and convenient and precious.
The work table longitudinal X and cutter milling head Y and ram vertical Z can be equipped with grating digital display device,they are also easy to operate and measure.
