Oral Filling Capping Machine This oral liquid filling capping machine is consist of automatic enter bottle, filling and fall cap, rolling thread capping. Worker load bottle into bottle hopper, automatic feed bottle, automatic bottle detection (no bottle, no filling, no bottle, no load cap), automatic filling, automatic rolling thread and other functions, including sensor for detection of bottle, dosage adjustment device and filling device. Note: Our company invented a special thread rolling device, no broken bottles. From load cap location to thread rolling, thread rolling device will fasten cap and sealed tightly, and upper part of the motor drive three blade rotate, when load cap to bottle and turn to thread rolling working location, cap will be fixed by bottle mouth slot, three blade will make cap tightly on the bottle, which completed the mouth movements.
