The automatic normal pressure fixed level filler is kind of mechanical negative filling. The empty bottles conveying from the conveyor are sent to the star wheel, and gradually goes to the main machine. In the meantime, the bottles are lifted till the bottle mouth completely contacts the filling nozzle as the silica gel pad with bottle mouth. After that, the filling nozzle started annually to fill products into bottles. During the filling process, the vortex pump will do Leak-proof vacuum adjusting to the storage tank. Meanwhile, vacuum tube in the filling nozzle will form a leak proof vacuum environment. In this situation, liquid product will speed up flowing by being filled into bottles faster. When the liquid level reached the vacuum tube bottom, the tube is sealed by liquid to finish the filling process. The liquid level at this stage is the same with that after filling. If you want to lower down the filling level, the silica gel pad needs to be adjusted upward. Whereas the pad should go downward. After filling, bottles goes down to level of the assembly line with the movement of bottle lifter then to the assembly line through the bottle star wheel for next step.
