1 Working Principle
This machine adopts two heads two working semi automatic type which turn and push the arm to fix the filling position. Both mass and thin filling are finished automatically. Then capping the drum. Weighing system use precision sensor and meter which has the function self-correcting and zero automatic follow. This machine could be set as net weight filling and gross weight filling according to user's request. Filling system adopts mass and thin filling to make sure filling precision and speed. It could work with manual and automatic filling operation conveniently. It could keep work table clean matched with vacuum absorb system.

4 Description:
At first, forklift move the pallets on the empty pail conveyor machine. Please turn the filling mouth of the pail to meet the filling nozzle.Press start button and the filling nozzle descend. When the filling position is right( filling position close switch is not light), filling starts. Or the filling nozzle lift, then should adjust the filling nozzle and drum mouth position well, and press start press again.
When filling nozzle descend to the lowest position, both mass and thin filling valve open. When weight reach thin filling setting volume, mass filling valve(Big pneumatic globe valve) closed. When filling volume reach weight setting digit, filling nozzle air valve closed, and filling nozzle lift to the highest position. And put the pails to the pneumatic capping screw device position to capping screw.
