Beer & beverage packing system are including the glass packing system, canning packing system and keg packing system. The glass bottle packaging system is the most complex among them, the canning line and keg line are relatively simple.
Glass Bottle Packing System is mainly including carton depalletizer, bottle washer, bottle filler, pasteurizer, labeling machine, printing, packing machine, pipes of valve and control system.
Canning Packing System is including can rinser, conveyor, can filler and seamer.
Keg Packing system is including keg washer, keg filler, seamer and conveyor.

Water purification system >> Blending system >> Rinsing filling sealing machine >> Labeling and packing machine
Here we mainly to introduce auto rinsing filling sealing machine, it is the main system in the plant.

Washing parts: SUS 304, compact structure, convient adjustment, small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently, equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.
Filling parts: equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable. The machine obtains advantage of high reliability, high efficiency, high degree automation and easy operation.
Capping parts: PE screw cap or Aluminum screw cap or Crown cap, etc. is optional according to customers request. Different cap use different capping head.
Products introduction
1.It's a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing, filling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines.
2.The capacity has 1200bph, 2500bph, 4000bph, 7000bph, 10000bph, etc for plastic or glass bottle
3. The parts which contact with beverage are made of high quality SUS304 and food-grade rubber.
4.All of electrical system use famous international brand, for example, Mitsubish, Omron brand .
5.The machine has automatic trouble protected device,it will stop automaticlly when there is no bottle or cap or bottle shortage.
