Brief Introduction of cone ball Mill:

Coneball mill is mainly used to grind materials such as mineral, cement, refractories, chemical industry, etc.Ball mills has two types:dry and wet.When wet ball mill works, certain water or liquid will be added into materials to increase fluidity, and the capacity is increased. When dry ball mill works,capacity is affected without water to increase the fluidity, so wind device is often installed on the outlet of ball mill to increase the fluidity.

Features of cone ball Mill:

When the ball mill starts, low current ,start time is short, starting is flexible. Normal operating current decreased by 20% -30%, reaching the purpose of saving;

Compared with the normaltype ball mill, greatly reducing the original motor power, reduced capacity, improve efficiency, reduce reactive loss;

Full use of surplus motor capacity and improving liner structure can enhance the yield of 5% -7%;

The ball mill change rolling bearings to sliding bearings , not only increase carrying capacity, Lengthen the working life, compared with the sliding bearing can improve working life more than five times;

Reducing the maintenance of main bearing, improving sanitation, no oil pollution ;

Working Principle of cone ball Mill:

The main body of the ball mill is a low-speed rotary cylinder mounted on two large bearings horizontally. The gold ore mill rotary part is driven at reducing speed by motor through speed reducer and gear wheel or by low-speed synchronous motor through gearwheel. Inside the cylinder feed proper grinding medium-steel balls. The medium will be lifted to certain height under the action of centrifugal force and friction and drop or fall. The material to grind is fed to the cylinder in succession and crushed by grinding medium, then discharged through overflow and continual feeding force, and enter the next procedure.
