CRGM series ring roller mill is suitable for the super fine grinding of all kinds of crisp materials whose Moh's hardness is below 7, such as calcium carbonate, barite, dolomite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, quartz, feldspar, clay, talc, fluorite, white mud, mica, refractory material, glass, total about 1000 kinds of materials.

The ultra-fine ring roller mill system consists of several core components: a grinding mill body, high-pressure blower, precision classifier, cyclone separator, dust collector, and interconnected piping system. Optional accessories include an elevator, storage bin, electrical control cabinet, feeder, and pre-crusher to meet specific customer requirements.
During operation, the motor drives the main shaft and grinding discs through a reducer, causing multiple grinding rollers to rotate within their ring channels via plungers. Feed material enters the grinding chamber where centrifugal force distributes it uniformly across the rotating disc. The material then enters the grinding zone between the rollers and ring track for pulverization.
A high-pressure blower creates a continuous air stream that carries the ground particles upward to the dynamic classifier. The classifier's precision impeller separates particles by size - oversize material returns for regrinding while properly sized particles continue with the air stream into the cyclone collector. Here, approximately 90% of the product separates and discharges through the bottom valve, while the remaining fine particles proceed to the bag filter for final collection.
The system features a closed-loop air circuit where purified air recirculates through the muffler, ensuring dust-free operation and high collection efficiency. This multi-stage separation process guarantees uniform particle size distribution in the final product.
