Brief introduction & application
The feed shaft is controlled by X, Y and Z three dimensions, and spindle is driven by frequency power, which could realize one-time clamping upon various plates, boards, shells, cam, molds and etc. complex components, it can also complete drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping and etc. multiple processing; this machine is applied to produce middle & small batch of various components, especially for machining of complex and high-precision components.
2. Characteristics of Structure.
1) Base, slide, worktable, column, spindle box and etc. major infrastructure articles all adopt hi-rigid cast iron structure, which could ensure high rigidity, anti-bending and shock-absorbing performance; infrastructure articles adopts resin sand and experience aging treatment to make sure accuracy & stability during long-term operation, which provides guarantee for reliable environment.
2) X, Y and Z guideways are made of hard rails without frictional resistance during non-feed motion or low-speed crawling phenomena, all of which are in favor of maintaining machine accuracy;
3) Feeding of X, Y and Z adopts famous ball screws of high-precision & high-rigid, which has high feeding speed and high positioning accuracy.
4) Guideways & ball screws of X, Y, Z all adopt closed shield; maintain clean ball screw & guideways, and make sure the accuracy of machine transmission and motion.
5) The machine tool adopts fully-closed structural design, much safe and reliable; user could choose semi-closed protective structure.
6) Machine operation system adopts human engineering principle design, much easier to operate.
7) The machine tool adopts advanced centralized automation lubrication devices, much more stable & reliable.
8) Machine tool is equipped with domestic & overseas famous CNC brand system; users could choose well-known CNC control system with complete functions and easy operation, more stable & reliable precision.
