Introduction of Circular Vibrating Sieve Machine

  A circular vibrating sieve machine is a classifying screen which divides the mixed materials with different grain size into a number of different levels of granularity through single or multilayer screen surface. There are mainly two varieties: circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. Circle vibrating screen's movement locus is a circumference. It is a new multilayer, highly efficient vibrating screen. It can be used in mine, construction, electricity and chemical department to take classify function. It has the advantages of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, small vibrating noise, simple maintenance, safe operation and so on. Likewise, the linear vibrating screens are also widely applied to screen dry materials in ore dressing, building materials, water and power, light industry and building materials.

Working Features of Circular Vibrating Sieve Machine

     The circular vibrating sieve uses the motor to drive the eccentric shaft to make the screen body periodically along with the direction of vibration force. The materials make circular movement on the screen to realize sieving. Circular vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, shock absorbing device, base frame etc. It has the features of reasonable structure and long durability. When the vibrating screen is working, under the effect of vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth will move on a circular, oval, or linear motion, which will make the materials on the surface of screen disperse and move up and down. Thus, the fine particles can fall through the material layer and then are expelled from the sieve hole. And the bigger particles will continue to move forward under the effect of vibration.

Details about Vibrating Sieve Machine Process

     The screening process can be divided into three stages, the first screening of the crude ores, the second screening before the burning, the fine screening with the strong magnetic and weak magnetic beneficiation and the residue removing screening in the process of the strong magnet beneficiation. The detailed screening process is that the crude ores are screened for the first time and two kinds of products can be got: powder ore and lump ore. The lump ore will be screened for the second time and then goes into the shaft furnace for roasting, and the powder ore will directly go into the strong magnet beneficiation process for screening. Hydro cyclone equipment and spiral grading machine belong to gravity grading equipment which means that these machines grade materials with the sedimentation theory and the grading efficiency is very low. Generally speaking, it is 30% to 40%.
