1. Product Description
The Large Capacity Mineral Rotary Dryer for Mining Industry is a high-throughput general drying equipment widely applied in various mining and mineral processing lines. It is capable of drying different mineral materials including ore fines, mineral concentrates, mining tailings, gravel and non-metallic minerals. Mineral materials usually have abrasion risk and are prone to caking when wet. This dryer adopts enlarged thickened wear-resistant drum, optimized lifting plate structure, high-efficiency heat exchange assembly and intelligent control module. It can continuously process massive mineral materials, efficiently remove excess moisture and maintain stable discharging moisture. Designed for 24-hour full-load operation, it is a preferred drying solution for large-scale mining enterprises.
2. Working Principle
This large capacity mineral rotary dryer adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous high-volume dehydration principle. Wet mineral materials are fed quantitatively and continuously into the heavy-duty rotary drum through the feeding system. The specially designed lifting plates repeatedly lift, flip and scatter the materials to break agglomerates and form a uniform material curtain, enabling full contact between mineral particles and hot air. Hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum to carry out progressive heat exchange and evaporate material moisture. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep consistent drying performance. Waste gas and mineral dust are captured and purified by the sealed dust removal system to meet environmental standards. Qualified dried minerals are continuously delivered to the next processing stage.
