1. Product Description
The Industrial Rotary Dryer for Wet Mineral Concentrate is a universal professional drying equipment designed for dehydration of various wet mineral concentrates such as copper concentrate, iron concentrate, gold concentrate and lead-zinc concentrate. Mineral concentrate features fine particle size, slight viscosity and abrasiveness. Unstable moisture of wet concentrate will negatively affect subsequent smelting, refining and pelletizing processes. This rotary dryer adopts thickened wear-resistant cylinder shell, reinforced anti-abrasion lifting plates, stable heating system and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously and efficiently remove surface and internal moisture of wet mineral concentrate, maintain stable material moisture indicators, and adapt to long-term continuous heavy-load operation. It is essential supporting equipment for mineral concentrate processing plants.
2. Working Principle
This rotary dryer for wet mineral concentrate adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet mineral concentrate is quantitatively and continuously conveyed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The wear-resistant lifting plates repeatedly lift, overturn and scatter concentrate materials to break agglomerations and form a uniform material curtain, so that fine concentrate particles can fully contact with hot air. Stable hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange to gradually evaporate the moisture of mineral concentrate. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet concentrate moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep stable drying quality. Exhaust gas and fine mineral dust generated in the drying process are collected and purified by the sealed dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Qualified dried mineral concentrate is continuously discharged for subsequent smelting or pelletizing procedures.
