MYJQS series press‑air pipeline gas‑water separator is special gas‑liquid separation equipment for coal‑mine underground compressed‑air supply pipeline. It adopts cyclone centrifugal plus baffle impaction composite separation structure, without filter cartridge consumable parts, low maintenance cost.

Contaminated compressed‑air enters tangentially into separator vessel. Under centrifugal force, large water droplets, oil mist and solid particles such as rust and welding slag are thrown onto inner wall. Baffle structure further intercepts tiny liquid droplets. Liquid flows down along wall and accumulates at bottom. Clean dry compressed‑air flows out from upper outlet. Separated liquid can be discharged by manual drain valve or optional automatic drain device. Separation efficiency reaches ≥99%, pressure drop ≤0.002MPa, will not reduce air supply pressure of whole mine press‑air system.

Pressure gauge is equipped on top for real‑time pipeline pressure observation. Flange connection for direct series installation on main air pipeline, simple construction, no extra floor occupation. Housing material can be Q235 carbon‑steel or 304 stainless‑steel according to site corrosion condition. Powder‑coated anti‑corrosion treatment adapts to damp and dusty underground mine environment.

This unit can work together with mine self‑rescue air supply device to provide clean breathing air. Meanwhile it protects pneumatic tools such as air pick, air drill, prevent cylinder rust and jamming fault. Multiple sizes DN50‑DN350 are available for different air flow requirement.

It is widely used in coal‑mine underground press‑air system, metallurgy mine compressed‑air pipeline and general industrial compressed‑air stations. Every unit passes pressure test before delivery.
